Pet Wellness Through Spay/Neuter Program

Pawsome Solutions offers low-cost CAT spay and neuter vouchers to anyone! Vouchers are accepted at limited area veterinary locations and can be purchased for a low co-pay.

Feline spay/neuter vet vouchers are available for $20/$30/$60 per cat and include a rabies vaccination. Price varies depending on your vet selection. Lower co-pay options of $20 or $30 are available to low-income individuals or seniors aged 60+.

CAT vouchers can only be purchased at voucher events, which are held at Pawsome Treasures Thrift Shop at 729 Worth Street in Mount Airy, NC, on the scheduled dates and times below.

NOTE: Pawsome Treasures Thrift Shop does NOT sell spay/neuter vouchers or provide voucher information.

Low-cost vouchers are only available during the voucher event date/times listed.

Due to high demand and to extend our reach within the community, there is now a LIMIT of two vouchers per person/household per voucher event.

Mobile vet surgical appointments and local vet vouchers will be available for purchase. Maximum 2 vet cat vouchers per person/household per voucher event.

• Monday, September 14, 2026 - Mount Airy, NC; $30 co-pay for spay or neuter (includes rabies). Space available!

Purchase of a Mobile Vet voucher is required to secure a mobile clinic cat spay/neuter surgical appointment. Vouchers are available at the August 22 voucher event.

NOTE: Mobile Vet is allocated for only domestic CATS under 6 years of age.

• No feral/TNR cats. (Local vet vouchers are offered for TNR cats.)
• Maximum 2 mobile vet cat vouchers per person/household per voucher event.

• Mobile Vet on February 16, 2026, completed 42 cat spay/neuter surgeries!
• Mobile Vet on March 16, 2026, completed 40 cat spay/neuter surgeries!
• Mobile Vet on April 13, 2026, completed 40 cat spay/neuter surgeries!
• Mobile Vet on May 4, 2026, completed 41 cat spay/neuter surgeries!
• Mobile Vet on June 1, 2026, completed 42 cat spay/neuter surgeries!
• Mobile Vet on July 6, 2026 - completed 37 cat spay/neuter surgeries!
